Agnes School Receives IB Accreditation
Agnes School has reached an important milestone in its development. Since April 2026, the school’s secondary section has officially been recognised as an IB World School and is now authorised to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) to students in their final two years of secondary education.
The IB Diploma Programme is one of the world’s most respected international qualifications, recognised by leading universities across the globe. Designed for students aged 16 to 19, it combines academic rigour with personal development, critical thinking and international-mindedness.
The accreditation reflects Agnes School’s commitment to providing a high-quality international education and aligns closely with the school’s educational philosophy. Both Agnes School and the International Baccalaureate Organisation share the ambition of developing curious, responsible and open-minded young people who are prepared to make a positive contribution to society.

Students following the IB Diploma Programme at Agnes School benefit from a bilingual and internationally recognised pathway that encourages independent learning, leadership, service and academic excellence.
By becoming an IB World School, Agnes School joins a global network of schools committed to preparing students for success at university and in an increasingly interconnected world.
